Park Run – Gunnersbury Park

Gunnersbury parkrun is a free, friendly weekly 5k community run in Gunnersbury Park. Walk, jog, run, volunteer or spectate; it is a timed event so you can track your own progress. The run takes place every Saturday at 9am and suits beginners and experienced runners alike. Registration is free and required once before your first run; bring a printed or scannable copy of your barcode to receive a time. Many participants stay for a post-run coffee at the park cafe, making it a sociable way to exercise and meet neighbours.
