parkrun, Gunnersbury Park

Gunnersbury parkrun is a free, friendly weekly 5k community run in Gunnersbury Park. Walk, jog, run, volunteer or spectate; it is a timed event so you can track your own progress. The run takes place every Saturday at 9am and suits beginners and experienced runners alike.
